Welcoming our international students at IUT Lyon 1
Today, IUT Lyon 1 had the pleasure of welcoming 26 international students to the Department of Business and Administration (GEA).
A first day marked by conviviality
The day began with a friendly lunch at the Studio of Doua, a perfect opportunity to get to know each other and share first impressions.
They then attended a welcome meeting led by Laurence COLLAUD, head of the MMIC program (Marketing and Management in an International Context), to discover their study path and the opportunities offered at IUT Lyon 1.
Supported by our students
Guided by the students of the G’ErAsmus project (2nd-year BUT GEA), most of them will attend courses within the MMIC program, taught entirely in English, offering a full immersion in an academic and intercultural environment.
Welcome to IUT Lyon 1!
IUT Lyon 1 warmly welcomes these students and sincerely thanks all the teams involved in their reception : Marie ROBIN representing the International Relations of IUT and Frédérique BOISSERIN, representing the Business and Administration Department.
International exchanges are a true source of enrichment, both for students abroad and for our entire university community.
Ce lundi, l'IUT Lyon 1 a eu le plaisir d'accueillir 26 étudiants internationaux au sein du département Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations (GEA), provenant d'universités partenaires situées au Mexique, en Irlande, en Slovaquie, en Italie, en Espagne, aux Pays-Bas et en Allemagne.
Une première journée placée sous le signe de la convivialité
La journée a débuté par un déjeuner convivial au Studio de la Doua, véritable moment d’échanges qui a permis aux étudiants de faire connaissance.
Ils ont ensuite participé à une réunion d'accueil animée par Laurence COLLAUD, responsable du diplôme MMIC (Marketing and Management in an International Context), afin de découvrir leur parcours et les opportunités offertes au sein de l'IUT.
Un accompagnement par nos étudiants
Encadrés par les étudiants du projet G'ErAsmus (BUT GEA, 2ème année), la majorité d'entre eux suivra les cours du diplôme MMIC, un programme dispensé exclusivement en anglais, qui offre une véritable immersion dans un environnement académique et interculturel.
Bienvenue à l'IUT Lyon 1 !
L'IUT Lyon 1 souhaite la bienvenue à ces étudiants et remercie chaleureusement toutes les équipes mobilisées pour leur accueil, notamment Marie ROBIN représentant les Relations Internationales, ainsi que Frédérique BOISSERIN représentant le département GEA.
Ces échanges internationaux constituent une richesse, autant pour les étudiants en mobilité que pour l'ensemble de nos étudiants et équipes.
