IUT Lyon 1 at the EAIE 2025 International Conference in Gothenburg

This annual event brings together higher education professionals from all over the world to exchange on the key issues of internationalization.

IUT Lyon 1 was represented by Marie ROBIN and Anne DAUMAS from the International Mobility Engineering (IMI) office. Their participation had two main objectives:

• Strengthening ties with our current international partners,
• Developing new contacts to foster student mobility.

Over the course of four days filled with exchanges and networking, several foreign universities expressed strong interestin IUT Lyon 1's programs. Promising discussions were held with institutions in Turkey, Taiwan, Portugal, Argentina, Australia, Norway, Egypt, and Canada.

These meetings open up new prospects for academic cooperation and are expected, in the medium term, to lead to the establishment of agreements that will further facilitate the international mobility of our students.
 

L'IUT Lyon 1 au salon international EAIE 2025 à Göteborg

Début septembre, l'IUT Lyon 1 a participé au salon international EAIE (European Association for International Education) qui s'est tenu à Göteborg, en Suède.

Cet événement rassemble chaque année les acteurs de l'enseignement supérieur du monde entier autour des enjeux de l'internationalisation.

L'IUT Lyon 1 était représenté par Marie ROBIN et Anne DAUMAS, du service Ingénierie Mobilité Internationale (IMI). Leur participation avait un double objectif :

• Consolider les liens avec nos partenaires internationaux actuels,
• Développer de nouveaux contacts afin de favoriser les mobilités étudiantes.

Au cours de ces quatre journées riches en échanges, plusieurs universités étrangères ont manifesté un vif intérêt pour les programmes de l'IUT Lyon 1. Des discussions prometteuses ont eu lieu avec des établissements situés en Turquie, Taïwan, Portugal, Argentine, Australie, Norvège, Égypte et Canada.

Ces rencontres ouvrent de nouvelles perspectives de coopérations académiques et devraient aboutir, à moyen terme, à la mise en place d'accords facilitant la mobilité de nos étudiants à l'international.
